Dale takes the reigns once a business is on board as an ECOMM2 client. Leveraging off 6+ years of online retail experience, Dale oversees the key day to day client business e-commerce operation. Dale works cross functionally with various client and ECOMM2 stakeholders ensuring the implementation of sales growth strategies and working pro-actively in client problem and opportunity resolutions. Dale oversees reporting of client e-commerce operation goals, campaigns and is constantly driving towards performance improvement for all aspects of the clients e-commerce technology, marketing and operations.
Marcus is a person capable of carrying out two professions in one. He works across both User Experience/Interface design and front end development. To lead both areas demonstrates his technical and analytical ability marries up amazing well to his superior digital design expertise. His client communication and workshop skills are first class and he is able to guide customers through the usability and ease of use issues layered up against the scale and potential of the ECOMM2 platform solution. Marcus is part marketer, part designer, part project manager which all packaged up is a complex multi-faceted and challenging role that he carries out to the equal of anybody in the market.
Aaron is a decisive and tenacious member of our team working constantly on the analysis and implementation of client campaigns, operations issue management and making sure any inefficiencies are identified and resolved as they arise. Aaron will work with end customers and suppliers to identify and resolve customer experience problems and identify root causes to prevent future problems. Aaron is constantly working on the ongoing improvement of our customer’s e-commerce environment and works to ensure outcomes of building and driving the e-commerce operations is about continuous improvement.

Andrew works closely with our marketing and operations team on various projects to help drive digital strategy that will bring traffic to our client web sites. Andrew manages all social media channels as per our client agreements and is charged with driving content for web sites, social media, media releases and other marketing communication channels. Andrew assists where required in managing content strategy, guidelines, benchmark reporting and the meshing of social media campaigns with the clients overall marketing strategy. The role is centred on constantly identifying opportunities for ongoing growth, optimisation and improvement of the content marketing function for ECOMM2 and clients (as per contracted obligation)
Cam is accountable for audience metrics and execution, search engine optimisation and marketing and tracking the consumer experience for our client projects. Cam has an outstanding knowledge of how the SEO world works and is very strong in the technical aspects of SEO and how bigger scale projects work. Cam is fully conversant with SEO, SEM, social media and marketing industry trends which ensures his analysis and recommendations are strong and relevant to our customers needs. Cam also monitors and evaluates our results for customers and oversees search performance across the major search channels to improve our client rankings. His ability to think creatively, strategically is coupled to real attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi task in a very much deadline driven environment.
